I'm Scott Reisch. I am a practicing criminal defense lawyer in Colorado and the host of Crime Talk, a live trial and true-crime show that has been on YouTube and podcasts since 2017. I break down what a jury actually hears, what a motion actually does, and why a deadlock is not a mistrial. Not a recap. Not a hot take from the comments. The lawyer in the room, on camera.
